There are two types of Intellectual Property complaints:
Suspected IP Violations- ASINs are pulled by Amazon’s anti-counterfeiting software, often incorrectly
SOLUTION:
Trademark Misuse: Refer to the guide: Potential Trademark Misuse
Other Issue: Ask Joey
Received IP Complaints- ASINs are pulled due to IP Complaints filed by the rights owner:
SOLUTION A
If the ASINs are compliant, the quickest way to resolve these issues is to ask Susan Peia <susan@bentex.com> to have the rights owner email notice-retraction@amazon.com, asking for the ASINs to be reinstated. (I attached a screenshot of where these complaints are displayed on Amazon’s “Account Health” dashboard).
If the ASINs are not compliant, revise the incorrect information and see if the warnings are removed. If not, then reach out to Susan.
SOLUTION B
Alternatively, if the rights owner doesn't respond within a couple of days, ask Sam to send the below message to <notice-retraction@amazon.com> and CC the rights owner:
Hello, I am reaching out regarding the below ASIN(s) that were pulled due to a Trademark Infringement claim.

Please note that these items are officially licensed by [LICENSOR] to the manufacturer [NAME] and authorized for sale by [RESELLER]. Please confirm this in the attached invoice: [Wiki] [USE ATTACHED TOOL]

Page [#], [first/second/etc] item on the page. The item # is ['#'] and the color code is ['CODE'].
I have attached product images as well. In compliance with the rights owner, we will be changing the brand name for the above products to ['BRAND'] and have notified the rights owner (CCed) of this mistake. Please reinstate the above offers accordingly.
Sincerely,
