Hello,
We have received negative feedback regarding order 114-3319155-1545831.
We have requested a removal but Amazon then displayed a message saying "Amazon only removes feedback in the following cases: The entire feedback comment is a product review." However, as can bee seen below, the entirety of this customer's comment is a product review and clearly should NOT be in the seller feedback page. Please remove the below comment from our negative feedback.
"This item is made poorly and fell apart in shipping. The screws were loose in the bag. The "wood" is not real wood. (not washed oak for sure, some kind of particle board) The screws stripped the holes from travel. I had to tried to re-attach everything back together & add a support to the back of it so it would hold up. It definitely was not the quality I was expecting considering the price."
