EXISTING PROPERTIES

We have been blocked from listing new products on Amazon under your Brand Names (e.g. INSERT). This is because your brands are now “protected” (see attached screenshot). If you did not take this action, a common reason for Amazon protecting brands is due to a high volume of infringement claims received. In order to list products going forward, we will need one of the following types of approval for our Licensed Properties:

1. Authorized Reseller role (i.e. white-list)
2. Brand Registry (Registered Agent status)

Once approved, the Licensed Property names will appear in one of the attached dashboards. I have CCed our Amazon Account Manager, Joseph, if you need any further clarification or have any questions. To add us, please see the below information on our selling accounts.

NEW PROPERTIES

Before we sell your products on Amazon, we request to please receive the necessary approvals. Please note that Amazon has recently tightened their listing policies. Previously, Amazon themselves would approve sellers to list branded products. Now, oftentimes, that approval must come from the brand owners too.
