ASIN Mismatch (ASIN in Manage Inventory and ASIN in Manage FBA Inventory are different)
Step 1: Note down both ASINs for every SKU
Step 2: Export file in Dash2 to upload problematic SKUs
Step 3: Delete all versions of the SKU from Manage Inventory
Step 4: Re-upload all SKUs with the ASIN that was in Manage FBA Inventory
ASIN Mismatch w different brand names (ASIN in Manage Inventory and ASIN in Manage FBA Inventory are different; ASIN in Manage Inventory has a different brand than ASIN in Manage FBA Inventory)
Step 1: Open case with catalog department (Catalog Email Template)
Step 2: If above doesn't work, open case with SAS Core team (SAS Core Email Template)
Cannot be stickerless, commingled
Step 1: Upload with an 'Update'
Step 2: If Above doesn't work, try 'PartialUpdate'
Step 3: If above doesn't work, try deleting and then updating with 1 SKU (If this works, do it with the rest)
Step 4: If above doesn't work, do a PartialUpdate for the same 1 SKU (If this works, do it with the rest)
Mario's SKU doesn't exist
- If there is a similar FBA SKU in manage inventory, put that SKU in the "correct FBA SKU" column
- If there is only an FBM version of the SKU, create FBA version of the SKU (either via loader file or "add another condition" in MI)
- If no similar SKUs exist, upload the exact SKU given by Mario
