Step 1: Open Case with Seller Support via email:


Several SKUs have two different ASINs when toggling between the 'Manage Inventory' page and the 'Manage FBA Inventory' page. Please see the following example:

Manage Inventory: B08NWBWHJ9

Manage FBA Inventory: B08LKMC1MF


Please remap the SKUs in the attached file to have the target ASINs listed in the attached excel file.

Step 2: Call seller support and request merge.


Step 3: If above fails, contact the SAS core team (SAS Email Template)
