- Search for style > PO/Packing > Download HT file
2. Adobe PhotoShop
- Ctrl + Click in ‘square’ of Layer = Select Pixels [or Two-Finger Click/Left Click]
- Selection Tool > Intersect with selection [4th box option] > Select relevant pixels for first side of hang tag [all irrelevant pixels will get deselected]
- Crop Tool > Enter
- File > Save As PNG
- Window > History > Original File
- Repeat steps 'a - d' for the other side of the hang tag
3. Adobe Illustrator
- File > New > Print
- Width, height, unit of measure, orientation: refer to BentexTracker
- 2 Artboards, 3mm / 0.125" bleed in every direction, CMYK [1], 300 ppi
- Rectangle tool > drag precisely over red rectangle
- Selection tool > Alt + [Click] + Shift > move copied square to other red rectangle
- Drag both images into Illustrator
- Embed [2] [need to be in Essentials Classic view]
- Click on blank space [so that both images aren't selected]
- Precisely drag each image onto black square
- Save as Adobe PDF [3]
4. Align in OneDesign
5. Final Steps
- Open in Adobe Acrobat PDF viewer [4]
- Using photo paper, print front side. Flip paper, rotate 180 degrees, place back in printer and print back side.
- Cut hang out using Cricket machine
- Using tagging gun, attach hang tag to shirt.
Notes
[1] CMYK is best for printing. RGB is best for viewing.
[2] Embed saves image in Illustrator if deleted from system.
[3] Adobe PDF format allows you to print, edit and quick view (can’t do quick view with other file formats).
[4] Do NOT use Foxit as it won't print with both sides aligned.
