Tip: Try raising price very high, SKU will automatically get suppressed, and then lowering back price. This may refresh the SKU.
URGENT: PLEASE TRANSFER TO CAPTIVE CATALOG TEAM (AKA IN-HOUSE CATALOG TEAM).
ASIN [#] (SKU [#]) is showing as no quantity available [0] in Manage Inventory, however it is still available for purchase on the Product Detail Page. Also note that this SKU is registering in Manage Inventory as an AFN offer, yet is registering on the Product Detail Page as an MFN offer.
The problem here is that customers are able to purchase an item that we have no inventory for, and we are therefore forced to cancel their orders.
I have attached annotated screenshots for your reference (PLEASE REVIEW). Please advise on the root of this issue and how to resolve.
