Seller Feedback is the feedback left by customers displayed on the Seller Profile page. The three factors are: delivery time, product as described, customer service.

The Feedback Manager can be accessed at Performance > Feedback.
If you see poor feedback that meets any of the below criteria, it is eligible for removal:
  • The feedback includes obscene language.
  • The feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information.
  • The entire feedback comment is a product review.
  • The feedback is regarding fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon.
To remove, go to the Actions column and select “Request Removal”.

Note: Often, Amazon’s automated system will not catch anything wrong with the feedback and claim that it complies with their policies. In such a case, click “View Case” to go to the page of the auto-generated case and appeal it, explaining why the feedback is indeed in violation of their policies.

If this isn't successful then if possible, ask the customer to remove the poor rating using one of the Freshdesk templates.

Note that there are no other ways to appeal; if you reach out to Seller Support outside of the Feedback Manager it is considered a serious violation and can result in account termination.
