Product Reviews are the customer reviews displayed on the Amazon product page. If there is a poor review, leave a comment using the relevant Freshdesk template. If it is eligible for removal (i.e. complaining about Amazon’s fulfillment, seller feedback, wrong product, etc.), navigate to:

SellerCentral > Help > Get Support (bottom of page) > Selling on Amazon > Products, Listings, or Inventory > Product Reviews

Enter the requested info and open case with Amazon. The case will be transferred to the relevant team who will follow-up via email. 
Make sure to track the case. If the case is not decided in our favor and we are in the right, open another case and explain why you are appealing.
