  • SellerCloud > Inventory > FBA Inbound Shipments > Create New Shipment
  • Enter Company (Amazon UK)
  • Description: [Warehouse] + [Style #] + [FBAUK] + [DATE]
  • Add items
  • Note: You may need to edit warehouse and adjust qty as per Joel's email
  • Select Amazon UK as company, Select Fulfilled By: "Amazon", unselect "Exclude Shadows"
  • Search for SKU > Select items > Enter Quantity > Add Products > Finish - close window
  • Enable Case Qty > Go (tells Amazon that you want to ship everything to one location) 
    • Note: By default qty is 48 pcs (BTX), but IN packs are 24; make sure qty per case is correct
  • Edit > Go
  • Add description (when creating shipment from PO): [Auto] + [PO #] + [DESCRIPTION*] + [Memo*] (e.g. Auto 2889 111368 TACT XTB UK FBA 20190423)
    • *Found in PO# (Note: DESCRIPTION = AMT Order #)
  • Copy description into Package Name
  • Select “Ship from Address” and “Ship to Country”
  • [Save Shipment]
  • [Click box icon] > [Delete default box]
  • Enter carrier info (Non-partner = not partnered with Amazon)
  • Click on Shipment # > Select Action > Preview > Go
    • Note: Previewing asks Amazon to confirm shipment is set up properly. After previewing Amazon tells you where to ship to and gives Shipment ID
  • [Click box icon] > Get Package ID from end of URL (4 digits)
  • Go to py.imktracker.com > TOOLS > enter package ID > Download Box Content
  • Open file and double check dimensions (Note: keep sheet open, later convert IN to CM [IN * 2.54], LB to KG [LB / 2.205])
  • [Manage Shipping Boxes page] > Select Action > Manage Box Contents
  • Select file > Upload file (box contents)
  • [Double check box quantity by selecting boxes]
  • Open Shipment # in new tab > Select Action > Set Status to Working > Go
 
  • Amazon UK Seller Central > Inventory > Manage FBA Shipments > Open shipment
  • Delivery service - Carrier > Other
  • Shipment packing > Select how shipment will be packed, Use web form
  • [SC: Manage Box Contents page] > Save and Upload to Amazon
    • Note: It doesn't matter which box is selected, as long as the correct package is selected.
  • Enter converted weights > Confirm
  • Print Box Labels > Download [title same as shipment description]
 
  • Create Shipping Labels with Scanwell/First Choice [title same as shipment description]
  • Send all labels to shipper


 

  • SellerCloud > Inventory > FBA Inbound Shipments > Company: Amazon UK > Search
  • [Open shipment] > Box icon > Enter carrier info
  • Enter tracking numbers > Update
  • Select Action > Complete Shipment (if warehouse ready/shipped) > Go
  • Select Shipment ID > Ship Items (will now show SHIPPED status on Amazon)
  • Select Action > Submit Tracking to Amazon
