- Open Google sheets 'FNSKU Tracker Emails" and bentex tracker
- Copy master style number from sheets paste in tracker style number, click 'PO Packing'
- Click drop-down:
- Under Stage and select 'VariableInfo'
- Under Status select 'Sent to Factory'
- Select all open packs that are 'IK' (Only select "Booked" and "open", Do not send "shipped")
- Copy master style, paste under search tool
- Copy fnsku message data including the column header
- Go to sheet 'A' and download file as a CSV file > download >CSV > drag and drop into message
- Send message and mark as completed
