Step 1: Determine which SKU customers are incorrectly receiving
- Check Voice of the Customer
- Check product reviews
- Reach out to customers and ask for image or page link
Step 2: Check title, size and color name in Manage Inventory of 2 mixed up products
Step 3: Check variable info for both products in Bentex Tracker > PO/Packing > Message section to confirm that the FNSKU info sent to the factory is consistent with Amazon's (Note: If no IMK packs, prob no VI was sent)
Step 4: If consistent, proceed to step 2 in the VOC guide
Note: To check who labeled:
SellerCloud > Inventory > FBA Inbound Shipments > Search SKU > Click on Shipment Description > Label Prep Preference: SELLER_LABEL / AMAZON_LABEL

We have created a removal order and found that we did label SKU 70E9890F22TFNK with correct FNSKU (X002F83LKR). However, it appears Amazon has placed another label with the incorrect FNSKU X002K5C5CF. Please see the attached screenshot showing this issue.
The shipment ID for this SKU is SHIMPENT_ID
